What data I use

Business contact data: name, role, business email address, company name, company number, store URL, and the commercial goal you share. I also use public information from your storefront, ads, and company register entries.

Where it comes from

Directly from you through the request form, or from public sources such as your website, the Meta Ad Library, LinkedIn company pages, and Companies House.

Why I use it

To assess fit, produce the FlowScore preview you requested, follow up on that request, and, where you agree, deliver paid work. I do not sell data and I do not buy bulk lead lists.

Lawful basis

Contract where you requested the preview or paid work. Legitimate interests for relevant, low-volume business-to-business outreach to verified corporate subscribers, balanced against your right to object at any time.

Who receives it

Google Workspace hosts mail and documents. Cloudflare hosts this site. Namecheap holds domain registration data. Client customer data stays inside the client system and is never exported without documented need and instruction.

Retention

Requests and audits are kept for 24 months to evidence consent and suppression, then deleted. Objections are kept on a minimal suppression list for as long as needed to honour them.

International transfers

Google, Cloudflare, and Namecheap may process data outside the UK under their standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you can object to direct marketing at any time with immediate effect. To exercise any right, or to opt out of all contact, email hello@aftercartstudio.com with the subject Opt out.
