One free review of your Shopify store’s signup and welcome journey.
I’ll suggest one change to consider, explain the evidence behind it and say what to measure. For UK beauty and personal care brands using Shopify and Klaviyo.
One page by email. No account access or sales call.
A welcome flow to consider
Illustrative sequence for a fictional hand and body wash store.
A customer subscribes to email marketing
On signup
Introduce the range
Explain the starter set and give a clear route to a first product.
1 day later
Help choose a product
Show how hand wash and body wash fit different routines.
2 days later
Explain the refill
Show how to keep the bottle and choose its matching refill.
After an order, stop these welcome messages.
Example structure, not an active client flow. Timing and filters need to fit your store.
Know what to review first.
I’m Nathan, the person behind Aftercart Studio. Your free FlowScore is a manual review of the customer journey you give me permission to inspect.
What a customer can see
Signup, email content and visible flow behaviour, with the evidence for each observation.
One change to consider
A priority, the reason for it and what to measure if you try it.
What needs account access
Public checks cannot reveal your internal settings, deliverability or revenue. I mark those limits in the review.

FlowScore
An example finding. Your review would use observations from your store.
Welcome journeyReview first
Post-purchase emailsAccount check needed
If the review finds this
A welcome email with no clear next step.
The signup offer arrives, but the email gives a new subscriber no obvious way to choose a first product.
A change to test
Add one clear product route to the welcome email. Keep the offer the same. Measure clicks and placed orders against the baseline.
A test hypothesis, not a promised result.
How the review works
Everything can happen by email.
Send your store
Share your URL and the outcome you care about. The preview needs no account access.
Receive your review
I confirm whether I can take it on, then aim to send your one-page review within one business day of acceptance, where capacity allows.
Decide what to change
Use the review yourself or discuss an implementation scope. Any paid work needs agreed deliverables, dates and availability first.
Implementation scope and pricing
£1,000 to start: setup plus your first month. Then £500 per month.
Paid implementation is not open for booking yet. You can request the free review.
Setup, paid once
One priority flow
£500 / setup
One flow rebuilt or materially improved, with up to three emails and one consolidated revision.
Baseline and flow coverage review
A prioritised 90-day improvement map
Copy, build, testing and launch or agreed handoff
Within 14 calendar days of required access and assets
Included in the £1,000 first payment. Scope agreed before payment.
Monthly service
A separate improvement
£500 / month
A monthly improvement in your existing Shopify and Klaviyo setup.
One additional flow, up to three emails and one revision, or up to two experiments where volume supports them
Testing and weekly checks of the agreed flows
Monthly results and next recommendation
Email support. Month-to-month after month one.
Month one includes a separate improvement from setup. Cancel before the next service period.
Your first month starts when required access and assets are ready. We agree both deliverables and billing dates before payment. There is no revenue guarantee. Results depend on your traffic, list, offer and products. Routine campaigns, SMS and platform migrations are outside this scope.
Tell me which store to look at and what you want to improve.

Before you request a review
Do I need to get on a call?
No. The review, questions, scope, payment, onboarding and delivery can all happen by email and written updates.
What can you see without account access?
The public storefront and customer-facing journey you give permission to review. I label anything untested or unknown. The preview cannot verify your internal flow setup, deliverability or revenue.
What happens after the free review?
Keep it and use it yourself, or discuss the priority fix with me. Paid implementation is not open for booking yet. The published package is £1,000 to start: £500 setup plus your first £500 service month, then £500 per month. Scope, a separate first-month improvement and dates must be agreed in writing before payment.
When does billing start, and can I cancel?
Your first service month starts when the required access and assets are ready. Your next £500 invoice covers the following service month. Cancel by email before that period starts. Unstarted prepaid monthly work is refunded.
What if there is not enough data for a test?
We prioritise useful flow coverage and fixes, or report that the result is inconclusive. I will not call a winner from a small sample. If there is no useful monthly backlog, I will say so before you pay.
Will you need my Shopify password?
No. Paid work uses Shopify collaborator access and a client-approved Klaviyo account with only the permissions needed. Access comes after payment and onboarding.
Do you guarantee more revenue?
No. I commit to the agreed work and deadline. If the agreed setup deliverable is not shipped within 14 calendar days after all required access and assets arrive, I refund the setup fee.
Are you affiliated with Shopify or Klaviyo?
